Qi Gong (Pronounced Chee Kung) is a slow, gentle practice, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and mental focus. Qi is the Life Force Energy that flows through all things in the Universe. Gong translates as accomplishment, or skill that is developed through consistent practice. Through the practice of Qi Gong, one cultivates this vital energy, circulating it to break up stagnancies, cleanse and bring balance to all the organs and systems of the body. Qi Gong increases vitality, reduces stress, cultivates balance and stamina, and bolsters immunity. Please wear comfortable clothing in which you can move freely.
