Pregnancy and birthing are wonderful stages in a woman's life. In Prenatal yoga, we will help you connect with your innate feminine wisdom that guides you through your pregnancy. You will learn yoga postures and breathing techniques that are specifically designed for pregnancy as well as for the grand finale of birth.
